Financial Advisor to AMAG Group AG on the acquisition of the business unit Helion from Bouygues E&S InTec Schweiz AG
On 13 September 2022, AMAG Group announced the acquisition of the business unit Helion, which specializes in photovoltaic systems, heat pumps and e-mobility, from Bouygues E&S InTec Schweiz AG. With the acquisition of Helion, Switzerland’s leading car importer has gained access to new business areas, significantly expanding its own range of products and services in the area of electromobility. In the future, customers will be offered comprehensive, all-in-one solutions that include not only the electric vehicle itself, but also consulting, planning, installation and maintenance of photovoltaic systems, power storage solutions and charging stations.
IFBC supported AMAG as Financial Advisor in this groundbreaking transaction throughout the entire acquisition process. Among other things, IFBC was responsible for the valuation, carried out the financial due diligence and assisted in the contract and purchase price negotiations.
