IFBC was instructed by the independent member of the board of Absolute Invest AG to prepare a Fairness Opinion assessing the financial adequacy of the public tender offer made by Alpine Select AG. As a qualified evaluator pursuant to Article 30(6) Takeover Ordinance (TOO), IFBC is suitably qualified to prepare Fairness Opinions. Absolute Invest AG is an investment company listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
