IFBC supported Clientis Zürcher Regionalbank by the consideration and valuation of a mortgage portfolio. Concurrently IFBC was responsible for the preparation of a term sheet to submit a tender. Clientis Zürcher Regionalbank is the largest regional bank in the Canton of Zurich with 12 branches in Zurich Oberland, on the right shore of Lake Zurich and the city of Zurich. The bank offers services in four strategic business areas: Mortgages, wealth management, private and corporate banking.
