In the context of potential international reorganizations, IFBC was mandated to conduct multiple independent valuations for various international entities and business units of EF Education First. The analyses and valuation reports provided by IFBC served as a well-founded basis for decision-making for internal stakeholders as well as for submission to Swiss and international tax authorities.
