IFBC was mandated by EF to perform a valuation of the intellectual property within an internal reorganisation process. The mandate included the benchmarking of the business plan as well as the valuation based on the DCF-approach, trading and transaction multiples. EF International is a privately held international education company headquartered in Luzern (Switzerland).
