Based on the existing management reporting, IFBC developed a new financial key figure cockpit for ewz. The new cockpit is focused to the effective performance of the individual divisions and the Group, shows the deviations from defined target figures transparently and allows benchmarking. ewz is one of the ten energy service companies with the highest turnover in Switzerland and supplies the city of Zurich and parts of the canton of Graubünden with electricity.
