IFBC was instructed to define a simple and understandable globally-focused finance methodology that could be implemented throughout the group and was suitable as a starting point for performance measurement. In addition, a value-based management perspective was implemented within the planning and budgeting process. IFBC provided practical training throughout the group during the implementation stage.
