IFBC was instructed to define a value based financial methodology which was used throughout the Group in order to measure the performance of operating companies. Planning and performance measurement instruments were deployed alongside a user-friendly financial methodology. IFBC also supported the group-wide roll-out with workshops and various internal communication activities. Holcim is a global supplier of cement.
