IFBC supported Implenia AG as Financial Advisor in relation to the acquisition of Betonmast Anlegg AS - a Norwegian tunnel and infrastructure constructor. The basis was developed for the subsequent price negotiation, taking account of various business cases and on the basis of detailed value and sensitivity analyses. Implenia is Switzerland's leading construction and construction services company.
