IFBC supported Implenia in the development and implementation of a value based financial methodology including relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPI). The project involved the review and establishment of direct cost accounting along with the re-structuring of the reporting framework. Implenia is Switzerland's leading construction and construction services company.
