IFBC was instructed to develop a Value Based Management concept that was simple, understandable and easy to communicate. IFBC defined a group-wide value-based financial methodology as a starting point for the integrated management process. In addition, a cost of capital concept was developed and implemented on country and business unit level respectively. Kuoni is a global player in the travel industry.
