The acquisition of Gullivers Travel Associates was the biggest acquisition in the history of the Kuoni Group until that time. IFBC was instructed to carry out the Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) in accordance with IFRS 3 and to present the results in an independent report to internal decision makers at Kuoni and its auditors.
