IFBC developed and implemented a new sales management approach for Nidwaldner Kantonalbank. The workshop-based, rolling process at sales unit level covers a performance analysis, the planning of specific actions and the systematic evaluation of potential new business. A forecast of the results for the following quarters is also prepared based on the ordinary business development and the planned actions and pending businesses.
