IFBC was mandated to prepare an independent enterprise valuation within the disposal of PAX Verwaltungen AG. The challenge within the determination of a fair value was the fact that the only client was the future owner of the company. AX Anlage is a Swiss Real Estate company quoted on the SIX Swiss Exchange AG with a market cap of CHF 290 million as of March 2017.
