IFBC was instructed to prepare an enterprise valuation and a transaction concept. A sustainable financing concept was also developed on the basis of a debt capacity analysis, providing support to the management team in securing financing for the transaction. Reasco was founded through an MBO of the real estate management division of SIG Combibloc.
