IFBC developed a Business Case as part of an efficiency enhancement project which presented the potential for financial savings from the defined project measures in a holistic and comprehensible manner. The Business Case was implemented into the operating reporting framework incorporating defined KPIs. SBB Cargo is the leading service provider of rail freight in Switzerland and is one of the four business units within Swiss Federal Railways (SBB).
