IFBC was commissioned to review the current financial methodology regarding value creation and to act where there was scope for improvement. In this respect it developed a target setting system based on the capital market and an internal valuation model, whilst also aligning management compensation with value creation. In addition, scope for improvement within the area of value communication was identified and acted upon. SIG is a company with global operations in the packaging industry.
