IFBC was engaged to assess the set-up of the performance management at Starrag with regard to best practice. Based on the findings of the review, recommendations were made for the further development of performance management at Starrag and the benefits of possible adjustments were specified. Starrag Group is a global technology leader in manufacturing high-precision machine tools for milling, turning, boring and grinding workpieces of metallic, composite and ceramic materials.
