SunVesta Inc.

As part of the restructuring of SunVesta Inc. the subsidiary SunVesta Holding AG was sold to the principal creditor of SunVesta Inc. This required the consent of the general assembly. The board of directors of SunVesta Inc. exclusively mandated IFBC as a transaction expert. IFBC prepared an independent valuation report considering the specific characteristics of the real estate development project in Costa Rica, which served as a basis for the decision of the board of directors. SunVesta is a real estate development and investment group, which is active in the growing luxury segment of the tourism real estate market.
