Swissport

In 2011 Swissport was acquired by the private equity company PAI. IFBC was instructed to carry out the Purchase Price Allocation in accordance with IFRS 3 and to summarise the results in an independent report to the auditors. Swissport International Ltd. provides ground handling and cargo services in over 180 airports worldwide.
