Terratech

Within the context of the succession of TERRATECH, IFBC was assigned as exclusive financial advisor by the shareholders. By selling TERRATECH to Anliker Group the mandate was successfully completed at the beginning of June 2017. TERRATECH was founded around 30 years ago and has developed into a renowned construction company in the Canton of Zurich. With about 40 employees, TERRATECH provides its services, particularly in the fields of foundation engineering, dismantling and earthworks.
