Nicolas Schindler

Nicolas Schindler holds a Master's degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Zurich. His studies focused on Corporate Finance, particularly Valuation, and Accounting, among other topics. After completing his studies, he was a Consultant in the Deal Advisory team of a Big4 for two years. There he worked on financial due diligence of companies in the financial and healthcare sector. He also worked on various other M&A-related topics such as valuation, searching for potential takeover targets or the identification of problems during the integration of an acquired company. Since May 2024, Nicolas has been working as an Advisor at IFBC and supports clients in the areas of Corporate Finance and M&A Advisory.
