Stefan Grossmann

Stefan Grossmann is an M&A and Corporate Finance specialist with over 12 years of experience. He has joined IFBC in August 2024. Prior to joining IFBC, Stefan Grossmann worked for 9 years at a leading investment bank in Switzerland. He has a strong track record in advising clients on complex private and public M&A as well as IPOs, equity capital market and debt capital market transactions across a range of countries and sectors including industrial, technology and specialty retail. Previously, he worked at a Big4 firm focusing on small to mid-sized M&A transactions. As a Director, Stefan Grossmann supports IFBC's clients in the areas of M&A and Corporate Finance advisory. Stefan Grossmann graduated from the University of Zurich in 2013 with a Master's degree in Business Administration with focus on Corporate Finance.
