Manuel Berger

Manuel Berger is a corporate finance specialist and joined the IFBC partnership in 2023. He has broad experience in advising listed and unlisted companies in different industries on complex financial matters. Manuel Berger focuses on M&A transactions, valuations and financing. Before joining IFBC, he worked in the corporate finance department of a large Swiss energy group and in the deals advisory department of a Big4 company, most recently as managing director with an industry focus on the energy and infrastructure sector. Manuel Berger graduated from the University of Bern in 2001 with a degree in economics, specialising in financial management, and holds an Executive Master of European and International Business Law from the University of St. Gallen.
