Your distinctive quality awareness and enthusiasm for Corporate Finance and M&A allow you to quickly integrate yourself into our team. Your area of responsibility includes advising clients of various sectors and sizes and the following activities:

• Development and implementation of customized Corporate Finance and M&A solutions
• Creation of convincing reports and attractive presentations to present results
• Market, transaction and financial data analysis to provide a basis for sound decision-making
• Assisting with the creation of financial models, valuations and analyses
• Drafting professional client proposals and documentation in German and English
• Management of project teams and coordination of Due Diligence processes

In addition, you will engage in dialog with discerning customers, build long-term relationships and actively contribute to market development and customer acquisition.

You have several years of professional experience in Corporate Finance and M&A and have a very good master's degree in banking & finance, business administration or accounting & finance. Your strengths also include the following key skills:

• Sound knowledge of Corporate Finance with specialization in M&A
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial modeling and valuation methods
• Excellent knowledge of relevant software and platforms
• Interest in creating Thought Leadership (studies, publications, blogs, etc.)
• Respectful manners, social skills and a sense of humor
• Strong communication skills with excellent written and spoken German and English skills
